Non-scale victory. Lowered my resting heart rate by 5 beats per minute in one month

Non-scale victory. Lowered my resting heart rate by 5 beats per minute in one month (two weeks since I started recording it) with IF and adding a walk in the morning. Started at 75 bpm two weeks ago and now down to 70 bpm (I guess 73 is the average).
