Why does my teeth look like this? I brush my teeth twice a day and floss every night. Any idea why does it look like this, with so much yellowish stains. What can i tell my dentist to fix this? Thanks!

I get these tiny red marks on my lower lip and inside cheek pretty regularly. Never a lot of them and they disappear within a couple of days. Is this normal?
