Feeling lost lately, no family, overlooked on birthdays and holidays, overworked and sad. Feeling dark and depressed inside, I don’t like this side of me.

Disney+ has no idea how much they've helped me. It's so easy to get into headspace now that I have all these movies in my arsenal, I used to have such a hard time. Thank you Disney for helping me find little me again ?

Self-soothing before bedtime. Daddy had a meeting out of town ALL day, and I did too much adulting. He goes to work in an hour, til 8am. I think "understanding & guidance" is a perfect picture to give him in the morning, to show how much I missed him!
