39/M. 6' and173 lbs. 3 yrs sober, lost 35 lbs over the past 3 yrs and started back at the gym 4 months ago. My goal is to get stronger and look better naked. I'm a USMC combat vet (Fallujah 2004) and retired firefighter. What do you think?
