F/21/1,76m [90,3 kg (198,4 lbs) > 81,7 kg (178,6 lbs)= - 8,6 kg (17,6 lbs) last august I had a breast reduction and this gave me the final nudge to start losing weight. The first pic was this morning, the second from the night before surgery (NSFW)
