29/f/5'7.25" SW:317lbs CW:251lbs GW:160-170lbs. My after pics are from Oct/13. I have gained about 10lbs since then but I am still roughly the same size. I will update pictures when I drop another 20lbs. I'm just happy that I am no longer 317lbs!!
