Got my first smoker yesterday. Around 6am today I put in 7lb 3oz pork butt (overnight dry brine and basic rub) and kept ~225F for about 11 ½ hours. Some macaroni and cheese to go with it. Has great bark and stayed pretty moist. All in all I'd say it was a
