I moved 3 months ago after paying the yearly fee. I never went to the club one time.

I moved 3 months ago after paying the yearly fee. I never went to the club one time. They won't let me cancel over the phone or email and have charged me 2 more times since telling the club manager and the corporate office I moved and to stop charging me.
