Bought a bunch of Khuli Loaches yesterday. This morning one died and appears to have a sore patch on its belly. What are these red/pink patches on its belly? (The rest of the Khuli Loaches are healthy).

South Texas freeze killed my 2 tanks inside and few goldfish outside in a mini pond. No electricity, so no heater since Sunday. (N well also myself) It was like watchin a slow car crash... Looks my Dojo Loachs are surviving at friends heated tanks
